Developing Emotional Intelligence In Business Interview

I'm impressed by the interest I've had with a recent interview on developing emotional intelligence in business. The interview was with Charles Wolfe. What I really think what hit home for listeners is the opportunity to connect your solution with the emotional interests of buyers.

What does that mean? Connecting what you offer with the emotional interests of buyers goes beyond simple interest and desire, drawing the buyer into a "bond" -- a feeling that you offer what they desire more than anyone else available.

While there are many skills necessary to build this emotional intelligence with a buyer, the key is to really understand your customers experience. What have you done today to better understand your customers desires? How are you connecting with buyers?

Before you can fully understand the power of what I'm asking you to do, listen to this interview on developing emotional intelligence in business with Charles Wolfe. You'll receive an excellent overview of the definition of emotional intelligence and how to use it to improve your sales efforts.
